5 Wrestlemania Opponents for Roman Reigns

The Big Dog is back! After months of prayers and sadness from fans, friends and family alike, Roman Reigns is back in the WWE and is looking to claim his yard. After announcing his remission, he was welcomed with cheers and an emotional Seth Rollins. Later on he would help his Shield brother Dean Ambrose when he was being attacked by Drew McIntyre, Bobby Lashley and Baron Corbin. Needless to say it was an amazing night that the fans couldn't get enough of. The strange thing however, is the fact that Roman Reigns didn't announce his plans for Wrestlemania 35. Don't worry, you Dog of huge proportions, PWP has your back! Here are 5 Wrestlemania Opponents for Roman Reigns.

5: Dean Ambrose
This may seem fairly obvious, considering the events of RAW this past Monday. After receiving the previously-mentioned beatdown, Rollins and Reigns helped out The Lunatic Fringe. Afterwards however, Roman and Seth both went up the ramp, without even acknowledging Dean. We know for a fact that Dean already has one foot out the door, so it wouldn't be out of the realm of possibility to say that he may face Roman in a "Loser Leaves WWE" type match.

4: Seth Rollins
Although this one may be just a little more nonsensical, we still have to include it. WWE has a history of pitting Shield members against one another, no matter how much they've milked that cash cow. It makes sense and for that, you really can't blame the company. That said, imagine if Seth was to turn heel on Roman. The amount of heat Sethy McBethy boy would get would huge to say the least. An unlikely scenario? Sure. But it doesn't hurt to imagine.

3: John Cena
I'll admit, there's no real reason for Cena to fight Roman. However, the timing for this is absolutely perfect. Cena has been away for a while, that it's a refresher to see him. Roman just beat leukemia. Meaning, the fans are going to cheer for both men. It's would be an absolutely amazing night, seeing the fans not sure who to cheer for. And it also serves as the true passing of the torch moment we need right now in wrestling.

2: Bray Wyatt
The beautiful thing about Wrestlemania season is the fact that there are always people coming off the injured list. Bray has been out for a while to heal up nagging injuries. What would be a better way to come back than a surprise showing, and delivering a Sister Abagail? It would create ultimate heat on him, and would be a great way to re-introduce a lost Bray Wyatt. A feud like this would put both men right back into the main event scene and would leave the fans in absolute awe.

1: Finn Balor
This name may come as a shock to people. But it's also one that I feel would be the best option on this list. While they are almost certain it'll be some kind of match with Dean, one would assume a match like this should have been on WWE's radar. Finn is a proven workhorse for the company and is holing a championship right now. I think you could play the "Respect" angle and come up with a great match between two men who are on the rise in WWE. The only question would be putting the title on the line. If it was a normal PPV, I would say yes. However, with it being Wrestlemania, it might be a tougher decision. Either way, I would expect a few "This Is Awesome" chants coming from the crowd as we see Finn missing a Coupe De Grace, rolling out and then Roman hitting a Spear from out of nowhere (Sorry, Orton.)

And that's our list! What are your thoughts for Roman's Wrestlemania plans? Do you agree with our list? Comment below, and don't forget to Follow the show on Twitter and catch new episodes of the podcast Every other Sunday at 10am!
