5 Superstars who could win KOTR

The King of the Ring is back. Let that sink in for a moment. The tournament that gave us "Stone Cold," and "King Bookahhhhh!!" is back...Yes I had fun typing that. And honestly, I can't wait. So to preview it, here's my case for 5 Superstars who could in King of the Ring!

5. Ali
Ali has been impressing on the main roster for quite some time. He hasn't held any punches back and it shows. While being billed as some kind of "Chicago Vigilante," Ali has done his fair share, and been impressive doing it. It seems like WWE is all in on the Ali train, and hopefully, this could be the rocket needed for him to be the breakout star we know he can be.

4. Cesaro
You can't tell me you wouldn't be cheering if The Swiss Cyborg won the King of the Ring tournament. Ever since The Bar disbanded due to Sheamus' health issues, Cesaro has been somewhat mismanaged. And frankly, I think it's his time back in the spotlight. He has a great look, attitude, and promo skills. In fact, out of everyone on this list, you could make a case that he has the most to gain from winning this.

3. The Miz
Just to prove that I'm not bias towards Cleveland base wrestlers, I added Miz at 3. There. Now looking at it subjectively, The Miz has been on the run of his life for the past 2 years or so. It's clear that The Miz seems to get better with age. And with a rub from Shawn Michaels in his feud with Dolph Ziggler, one could only assume that this would be a huge feather in his cap. Is it needed? Likely not. Fact is, Miz is one of the very few who doesn't need titles to show you just how stellar he really is. Really. Really. Really. Okay, I'm done.

2. Andrade
Andrade has been on a tear lately. He's been putting on 5 star matches with Rey nonstop on RAW. And while that's not hard to do, seeing as it's Rey freakin' Mysterio, Andrade need something more substantial. He needs something that will make him stick out, and what better way than calling himself the King of the Ring? I'm sure WWE would call Zelina Vega the "Queen of the Ring" as well. But either way, it'd be a lot of fun.

1. Baron Corbin
Nobody wants to see Baron Corbin as a King of the Ring. But that's what makes so much sense for this. Baron Corbin hasn't been seen since Extreme Rules, and it's easy to see why. It's a red herring. So now that he's been off TV, WWE has primed him for a great position for the crown. As much as people may bash this decision, it would make for terrific heel work.

5 Reasons CM Punk should join AEW

Okay...You knew a CM Punk blog was going to be coming sooner or later. It's pretty obvious that every and their mother is talking about him making his "return" to wrestling at a show for independent promotion MKWrestling. Simply put, he showed up as a stealthy ninja, delivered a GTS, and made his exit. No one, I repeat no one knew it was him. But that itch has to be there for Punk, right? RIGHT?!?!?! 5 GOOD Creative decisions by WWE right now

You know...I feel bad for WWE. Despite what many may believe they actually ARE trying to put on a decent show for us. The problem is, is that there are no real wrestling-based writers behind the scenes. And we end up paying for it. But what if I told you there existed GOOD WWE ideas? Would you roll your eyes? Would you agree? Or would you be indifferent? Well today, we are gonna' count down 5 GOOD creative decisions WWE has made. 5. Giving us KO/Zayn as heels As seen on this weeks Smackdown Live, Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn teamed with Dolph Ziggler to take on the New Day. Despite them coming up short, imagine this team right now. KO and Sami had a lackluster feud just a few short years ago. Now, they are back both as heels and doing really good work. Say what you will, but it is refreshing to see WWE do a heel team that should be together. And it's even more refreshing to do a heel team that has such great chemistry.
