5 Reasons to love The Miz

It's easy for us to point out reasons to like The Miz. Hell, we're from Cleveland just like him. But, I'm going to try to leave bias aside. The Miz is without a doubt living proof that as long as you work hard, and want it bad enough you can have it. It didn't come without hiccups, though. But that's what makes him so great. His ability to bounce back. And today, we are looking at 5 Reasons to love The Miz!

5: His Ring Work
When The Miz debuted, I think it was a universal understanding that, well...He sucked. Starting things off with the Diva Search, WWE didn't really give Miz anything he could sink his teeth into. The former Tough Enough contestant was nervous, and honestly boring. It took him a while to get into the ring on TV, but when he did...It was AWESSSOOMMMEEE!!!!...Sorry, I had to. Point is, Miz has done everything to get over in the ring throughout the years and it shows. He's changed his moveset, changed his finisher and now he's on top of his game.

4: Tag Team Prowess
The Miz may work best by himself, but it's hard denying his Tag success as well. Teaming with the likes of John Morrison, Big Show and even Shane McMahon, he's done more than just his part getting over. In fact, I'm willing to bet many of us watched the rebranded ECW just to see what Miz and Morrison had planned in their "15 Seconds of Fame" Segment. Even back then, nobody knew Miz would be the HBK, and Morrison for lack of a better word would be the Jane---I can't bring myself to say it.

3: His Feud with Cena
I'll admit it. I loathed the idea of a Cena and Miz feud. I thought it was just "Total Divas meets Miz and Misses" with no real point. But then, the Miz began parodying John Cena and his real-life commitment issues to Nikki Bella. We saw Miz dress up like Cena and mock his every move to perfection. Everything he did in those segments were pure gold. And it's hard to argue another point. Cena helped him make it work as well and before you know it, we all had a good laugh. It was a highlight of a feud for Miz. It wasn't even intended to put Miz even more over than what it did, but it did anyway. And you can't beat that.

2: His Love For Cleveland
Again, I'm not trying to bias. Hell, I think I've done a good job so far NOT being bias. But this one kinda comes with the territory. Heel or Face, it doesn't matter. Miz flat out LOVES Cleveland. And there's nothing wrong with that. I think if anything, it helps him. Even though he is build as the "A-Lister," he always refers to Cleveland as his home. And it adds a sense of realism that I wish more wrestlers would embrace. It's not a bad thing to cheer for your hometown, and Miz is living proof of that. Thank you Miz. Thank you.

1: The Infamous Daniel Bryan Shoot
When The Miz was a guest on Talking Smack, it was something different. Daniel Bryan called him out for being too "Safe" in the ring. The Miz, clearly pissed off with how Daniel Bryan was talking to him decided to go into business for himself. He not only did a shoot on Daniel Bryan, but also the fans and the treatment he had been receiving. It was arguably one of the most important pipebombs since Punk did it in 2011. It meant the most and was also the turning point into turning The Miz into the main event player he should've been when he had his title reign.

That's our list! Got any other things you would like to add? Leave a comment below, or Tweet at us! In the meantime, enjoy The Miz's pipebomb below!
